The Muslim Consumers Association of Malaysia PPIM urged the government to come out with clearer guidelines for upcoming concerts in the country, following the Future Music Festival Asia tragedy recently.
The association said issues such as moral values among youngsters should also be considered before approving any concerts.
The FMFA 2014 which started on March 13th was cancelled after six revellers including three women, died from drug overdose.
The annual music festival has, in the past, been linked to wild parties and drug abuse.
