KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 16 (Bernama) — The Gerakan Banteras Aktiviti Haram (GBAH), has called on the government to introduce a smartphone application to enable the public to report the existence of gaming houses in their areas.
Its chairman, Muhammad Yusuf Azmi, said with the mobile application, social problems could be monitored and information could easily be conveyed to the relevant authorities for action to be taken.
“Perhaps the existing complaint system is no longer effective because problems of offline often occur so we need to find an alternative way to facilitate channeling of information on gambling syndicates…..
