PETALING JAYA: Representatives from the Malaysian Muslim Consumers Association (PPIM) and Gabungan Teksi Malaysia (GTM) met with Transport Ministry officials on Wednesday (Feb 17) to discuss matters related to the taxi industry.
“The Ministry and I have taken note of the matters raised.
“It is certain that matters that bring good to the rakyat and nation as a whole would be our priority, ” Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said in a Facebook post Wednesday (Feb 17).
Dr Wee said that the meeting was held at the ministry’s office in Putrajaya following a courtesy call that was led by PPIM chief activist Datuk Nadzim Johan.
He said that also present at the meeting were Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Hasbi Habibollah, PPIM Chinese Affairs chief activist Datuk T. S. Wong and GTM representative Kamarudin Mohd Hussain.
